FA Equipment Manufacturer A: Automation of the Transport Process Integrated with Elevators and Fire Alarms

At the factory of FA equipment manufacturer A, we introduced the autonomous mobile transport robot Lexx500, automating the transportation of carts carrying finished products and waste. Since the start and end points of transportation are located on different floors, the customer has adopted our equipment integration system, LexxHub.

By using LexxHub, carts are transported to their destination on a different floor without human operation of the elevator, enabling automation of intra-factory logistics across multiple floors and contributing to labor savings. Additionally, by integrating LexxHub with the fire alarm system, we have implemented a function that allows Lexx500 to automatically evacuate to a pre-designated location in response to fire alarms.
