At the factory of automotive parts manufacturer A, we introduced the Lexx500 autonomous mobile transport robot and the LexxTug cart-attachment system, automating the transportation of the customer’s proprietary carts.
The customer had been using track-guided AGVs but found that achieving their ideal operation required significant time. By adopting Lexx500, they automated the transport of carts carrying finished automotive parts to shipping locations as well as the return of empty carts, contributing to labor savings in the factory.
