Press Release

Accelerating the Supply of 10,000 “Labor Forces” by 2033 through AWS Computing Resources

TOKYO, JAPAN — LexxPluss, Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo; CEO: Masaya Aso; hereinafter “LexxPluss”), a developer of next-generation industrial infrastructure, is pleased to announce its selection for the “Physical AI Development Support Program” conducted by Amazon Web Services Japan G.K. (hereinafter “AWS Japan”) .

This program supports companies accelerating the development of AI that operates in the physical world (Physical AI). Selection was based on a comprehensive evaluation of technical and business perspectives, feasibility, and potential impact. Through this program, LexxPluss will receive AWS credits to advance the AI model training of its industry-specific humanoids and enhance its simulation environments.

Background: A Radical Solution to Labor Shortages via Physical AI

The manufacturing and logistics sectors in Japan are facing a severe labor shortage predicted to peak by 2030. In response, LexxPluss officially launched its “Industrial Humanoid Business” in February 2026. This initiative goes beyond simple automation to supply actual “workers”—robots capable of being counted as individual members of a workforce.

Press Release: LexxPluss, a Next-Generation Industrial Infrastructure, Launches Full-Scale Industrial-Specific Humanoid Business

The first product in this lineup, the mobile manipulator “LexxMoMa” series, features the world’s first “synchronized limb movement,” achieving four times the productivity of conventional systems. Controlling these complex movements and adapting to harsh environments requires immense computing resources for AI training. By utilizing AWS cloud infrastructure, LexxPluss will accelerate the following:

Advancement of “Synchronized Limb Movement”: Improving the precision of proprietary software that drives robotic arms while the unit is in motion.
Large-Scale Digital Twin Training: : Drastically reducing edge AI learning times through massive driving and task simulations on AWS.
Infrastructure for 10,000 Workers by 2033: Building a robust fleet management system to support high-precision, 24/7 operations.
