Live Demonstration of LexxTug, the Ideal Towing Solution for New Warehouses

LexxTug at the 2025 Kansai Logistics Exhibition

LexxPluss Inc. (Head Office: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, hereinafter “LexxPluss”) will showcase its logistics automation solutions at the “Industrial DX Expo 2025 Summer Tokyo,” to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 30 (Wed) to August 1 (Fri), 2025. The exhibition will take place at the booth of its partner, Hamada Seisaku Co., Ltd. (booth number: W18-10).

At the event, LexxPluss will demonstrate the autonomous towing of roll cages (also known as roll box pallets) using its autonomous mobile robot, Lexx500, combined with the towing extension solution, LexxTug. Roll box pallets are commonly used in logistics operations, and the demonstration will show how they can be moved automatically within a warehouse environment.
Lexx500 has been adopted at major logistics centers operated by companies such as Yamazen Co., Ltd. and Sagawa Express Co., Ltd., where it has been recognized as a flexible solution that improves operational efficiency and reduces labor needs. Equipped with LexxTug, the AMR is especially well-suited for new logistics facilities and warehouses with frequently changing layouts.
