LexxPluss and Toyota Auto Body in Joint Development of Mobile Manipulator

To Be Showcased at Automotive Engineering Exposition 2025 Yokohama in the DAIICHI JITSUGYO Booth

LexxPluss Inc. (Head Office: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, hereinafter “LexxPluss”) will exhibit a co-developed Mobile Manipulator (a mobile robotic arm) at the Automotive Engineering Exposition 2025 Yokohama, to be held from May 21 (Wed) to May 23 (Fri), 2025, at Pacifico Yokohama. The robot has been jointly developed with Toyota Auto Body Co., Ltd. (President: Katsuhiro Matsuo, hereinafter “Toyota Auto Body”) and will be displayed in the booth of DAIICHI JITSUGYO CO., LTD. (President & COO: Yuji Funato, hereinafter “DJK”).

The Mobile Manipulator on display combines a collaborative robot arm with LexxPluss’s proprietary high-speed, high-accuracy autonomous mobility technology. This solution enables collaborative robotic arms to move freely within a facility, performing both assembly and transport tasks. It is designed to automate production lines handling mixed or high-variety manufacturing.
