Location: 5F Yasuda Warehouse Heiwajima Office, 3-6-1 Heiwajima, Ota-ku, Tokyo 143-0006, Japan

Role: R&D for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and industry-specific humanoids, social implementation testing, and live equipment demonstrations.

Objectives of Establishing New Bases

Currently, global attention is shifting toward “Physical AI”—technology that embeds digital intelligence into physical robots to allow them to operate autonomously in complex, real-world environments. However, successful social implementation requires exhaustive validation in “gritty, real-world environments” rather than controlled laboratory settings.

By establishing this new base, LexxPluss aims to achieve the following three goals:

1. Complete Replication of Operations

Recreating actual warehouse environments within the facility to simulate real-world logistics spaces.

2. Accelerated Humanoid Development

Placing development directly within this “field environment” to provide industry-specific humanoids as ready-to-use solutions.

3. Data-Driven Quality Improvement

Utilizing the test field to continuously collect and analyze edge data.
