Demonstration of Towing Roll Cages
LexxPluss Inc. (Head Office: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, hereinafter “LexxPluss”) showcased its logistics automation solutions at the 5th Kansai Logistics Expo, held from Wednesday, April 9 to Friday, April 11, 2025, at INTEX Osaka. The exhibition took place at the booth of its partner, Hamada Seisaku (浜田製作株式会社).
At the event, LexxPluss demonstrated the towing capabilities of its autonomous mobile robot, the Lexx500, equipped with the LexxTug, an attachment designed for cart towing. The demonstration simulated real-world logistics operations by towing roll cages (also known as roll box pallets), which are commonly used in the field.
Hamada Seisaku, which provided the demonstration booth, is a robotics system integrator (SIer) that offers end-to-end services — from planning and designing automation systems centered around industrial robots to manufacturing required parts and supporting implementation. LexxPluss entered into a partnership agreement with Hamada Seisaku in August 2024, and the two companies are working together to optimize on-site operations by integrating AMRs with existing equipment.
Dates: April 9 (Wed) – April 11 (Fri), 2025
Venue: INTEX Osaka (Suminoe-ku, Osaka City)
Organizer: Kansai Logistics Expo Executive Committee
Exhibit Details: Demonstration of autonomous towing of roll cages using the Lexx500 and LexxTug
