We are working to build “autonomous industrial infrastructure,” systems in which industrial equipment at factories and logistics hubs can make decisions and operate independently without relying on human instructions.
We believe that this transformation will be key to addressing the growing labor shortage and unlocking dramatic improvements in productivity.
Through this evolution, we aim to realize a more sustainable and prosperous industry and way of life.

Masaya Aso
CEO AND FOUNDER
After graduating from the university of Manchester in England, Masaya worked for Bosch Corporation in Japan and Germany on projects related to automated driving. As the Japanese technical director of the world’s first Level 4 automated driving system, “Automated Valet Parking System”, he was involved in the introduction of the system to the Japanese market and the development of unmanned trucks for logistics. Masaya had been the president of Deep4Drive, the largest voluntary mobility development organization in Japan, and founded LexxPluss in March 2020.
